Job description

Project Goal: We are looking for a person who can act as a bridge between staff and management in a fast-paced, high commercial environment where software development plays a significant role but represents only half of the business. 

• Main Tasks: 
• Acting as the connecting link between staff and management 
• Ensuring projects are brought to completion 
• Keeping focus on priorities and driving delivery 
• Making people accountable and ensuring they deliver on their commitments 
• Operating with a helicopter view to oversee priorities across the business

Requirements

Prerequisites: 

Willingness and ability to take accountability in a high-responsibility position

• Knowledge of legal matters is ideal
• Strong communication skills are ideal 
• Knowledge of AI and related tools is ideal 
• Dutch language skills are a plus 

Expected Results: 

• Projects are completed within set priorities 
• Staff and management are effectively aligned 
• A culture of accountability and delivery is maintained within the team on which platforms and websites would you post this.
